Refund policy

Lessee agrees the payment is non-refundable once the equipment has been picked up or delivered, even if the equipment is not used. If rain occurs after equipment is picked up or delivered or set up, no refunds will be made. Lessor, at their discretion, may cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather. If Lessor cancels, due to inclement 
weather, and Lessee does not reschedule, advance deposit will be refunded. If payment is made in advance, Lessee will receive a full refund of payment if Lessee cancels at least 1 week prior to the event date. If Lessee cancels less than 1 week prior to event date or does not show for pick up of rental equipment on rental date, a non-refundable fee of $75.00 will apply. All cancellations, due to inclement weather, must be made by 7:00am on the date of the rental to receive refund of deposit.
